Hi Robin

It´s Holly here, the NZ half of the US-NZ couple who booked the Monseratt through you on the last weekend in Sept.

Sorry for being so slack but you know how fast time can fly. Anyway we wanted to say thanks so much for all your help and working to help us as much as possible with payment options and timing. We really appreciated all your help and would recommend your agency to anyone!! You were also so kind to help out with the dentist who was great too!!

Secondly, we had the best time on the Monserratt. The staff were incredible, especially the waiter-barman-man friday called ¨Fabian¨. The food was plentiful and also delicious and the chefs also doubled as a band and played for us for a couple of little celebrations! The boat itself is really nice and well maintained and we loved our upper cabin. The itinerary was also very good and we saw more amazing creatures than imaginable.

The only negative comment we would have is that the boat didn´t have wetsuits. As we were in the water twice a day on average and considering the water temps in Oct, this was almost unbearable for most. Someone needed to tell us there were no suits so we could rent them in Puerto Ayuro prior to leaving port. As it was, we rented them in Moreno half way through the tour, but for different reasons we only went snorkelling twice after that. Small point but it had a big impact on our days, however everything else being so fantastic balanced it out!

Anyway - hope I haven´t waffled too much. Obviously please feel free to use our comments on your agency or the Monserrat for your website. All the very best and it was a real pleasure to meet you.

Kind regards
Thanks again and it was a real pleasure meeting you!
